SHIPPING

  • FREE SHIPPING

    • For order over 1,500 THB, we offer domestic free shipping via a door-to-door courier company.  
    • For bulk order over 20,000 THB, we offer door-to-door free shipping via truck. Please note that the delivery address has to be within Bangkok and Perimeter. The driver will not help the customer carry the items into the private area of the house.

  • FLAT RATE SHIPPING

    • Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours on business day using a door-to-door courier company. Domestic shipping is typically between 2-4 days. 
    • Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders under 1,500 THB shipping within Thailand. 

  • LOCAL DELIVERY

    • During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 12km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
    • Our fulfilment center hours is Monday-Friday, 7:30 - 4:30pm. Order placed during these hours will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holiday will be dispatched on the next business hours.

  • INTERNATIOANL ORDERS 

    • We do not ship outside of Thailand at this time. Please send us an inquiry if you are base outside of Thailand and wish to purchase our items.
    • Shipping cost and applicable taxes and duties for international orders are at customer's own expense. 

EXCHANGE POLICIES

  • RETURN

    • You may return the items you purchased if the defect is from our production process. Your refund will be in store credit of the same value as the purchasing price including returning shipping cost.
    • If you are not fully satisfy with the products, returned items shipping cost will be at your own cost.
    • The store credit can only be used in web shop.
    • Return can be made within 7 days after you receive the product. The returned item must be in its original packaging and has not been used.
    • To return please contact LINE @blueribbontoys and make sure to send us a copy of your receipt or proof of payment and reasons for your return.

  • EXCHANGE

    • If you are not fully satisfy with the products, you can exchange to a new one or select other items from our shop. Subject to availability.
    • Exchange can be made within 7 days after you receive the product. The exchanged item must be in its original packaging and has not been used.
    • Returned items shipping cost will be at your own cost.
